A University of Lodz Program for the Most Talented High School Students
To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the University of Lodz, a unique scholarship program called “Złota Piątka” has been launched. Its goal is to recognize and support exceptionally gifted students who plan to begin their studies at the University of Lodz.
Who is it for?
The scholarship is dedicated to final-year students of:

The Public General Secondary School of the University of Lodz named after The Righteous Among the Nations,
-
The British International School of the University of Łódź.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To apply for the scholarship, candidates must:

Be taking the Matura exam (or its foreign equivalent) in the current academic year,

Have documented academic achievements, such as participation and success in Olympiads, competitions, research projects, or publications,

Be actively involved in activities related to the University of Lodz.
When and how to apply?
The application deadline is April 30 at 3:00 PM.

What does the scholarship include?
The scholarship is paid in two installments:

By the end of May,
-
By the end of September (after confirming enrollment at the University of Lodz).
Each installment amounts to 1,000 PLN net.
The decision to award the scholarship is made by a Selection Committee appointed by the University and the Foundation.
